Completion of this module and passing the associated exam will satisfy the GDC requirements for Radiography and Radiation Protection and provides IRMER continuing education for the dental team involved in radiography.

These modules have been developed based on the 2015 Resus Council Guidelines.

Oral Cancer: Prevention & Detection
This 2 hour programme aims to provide an update on Oral Cancer for the dental team.
It reviews current statistics and risk factors for the disease. Provides a comprehensive update on the key prevention messages and current understanding of the disease process. Reviews what to look out for and the screening process and concludes with an outline of the current treatment approach and prognosis.
